Board Members

The Board of Directors of The Cliffs Association

The bylaws of The Cliffs Association require a board of Directors of
at least 3 members being officers including a President, Vice President, Secretary, and a Treasurer. The Bylaws clearly state the duties given to those positions. The remaining board members are designated as "Directors" and perform duties as decided by the board.

Rich Meszaros - Director -    Sidewalks, Retaining Walls, Inspection of Units
Karyn Vida - Director
 
Cliffs residents should be advised that if they call an association vendor directly to have work done on their property that they will be liable for the cost of any work they have done.  Residents MUST contact the board about issues the association is responsible for and the board will arrange for all work done in order that vendor may be paid by the association. 

UNIT MEMBERS NOW HAVE 6 WAYS TO LOG A MAINTENANCE REQUEST

6. Drop written request in Cliffs Association mailbox on pole to the left of middle US Mailbox on Cliffside.

Unit Repair requests will be assigned to appropriate vendor by the board.
 
The following are contracted items and will be handled by the board.
They will no longer be assigned to one board member:
Snow Removal,  Roofs, Pest  Control, and Gutters

DO NOT ATTEMPT TO CALL INDIVIDUAL BOARD MEMBERS OR YOUR REQUEST WILL BE DELAYED!
